The 12-Step Personal Transformation PROGRAM
ENGAGE includes a practical, step-by-step 12 week program designed to help you implement the learnings of the book. For 12 hours, over 12 weeks you will receive direct access to Mel Leow, unique insights and complete activities to stop living in default and start living the life you both deserve and desire.
Week 1 - Engage your vision

It’s time to remember your dream, envision what will happen in your life, and determine the first step toward your vision.
Week 2 - Engage your focus

We will apply the ‘See it, Speak it, Seize it, Stick with it’ method and align it to your dream. We’ll list the people you have been pleasing, and determine what needs to change to make your life more meaningful.
Week 3 - Engage your why

There will be clues as to why you may not be really satisfied, let’s solve them by finding something in your life worth fighting or sacrificing for. We’ll assess the 5 signs that you may be ready to take the wheel by completing the exercise ‘Why-Why-Why-Why-Why’.
Week 4 - Engage your call

Determine your values and uncover your IKIGAI. This will tell us what your mind, heart, body and soul’s desires are, and allow us to explore your ‘Perceptual Positioning’.
Week 5 - Engage your beliefs and attitudes
“Learning too soon our limitations, we never learn our powers”

We will overcome your false starts and take just one step forward. We’ll determine the 4 steps to unlock your limiting beliefs, leader to reframe and go through the 4 Positive Pointers to get your attitude moving along.
Week 6 - Engage your now

Using a range of exercises, including Active 7-mins Check-in and Calming 7-mins, this week we will practice the ‘Thoughts, Emotions and Actions (TEA) cycle’ and answer 3 quick questions on Pleasure, Meaning & Action.
Week 7 - Engage your brave
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams”

Together we will execute 4 strategies to enhance the quality of your decisions, conduct a Spring Clean (to unpack/repack what’s serving or not serving you), and go through the 6 Stages of change to set you up towards your goals. We’ll also tackle the ‘4 Es to a BRAVE Outcome’.
Week 8 - Engage your potential

Discover your ‘Life’s Calling’, determine the ‘Explorer Mindset’ within you, gain clarity on the price you have to pay to achieve your goals and learn how to surround yourself with believers of human potential.
Week 9 - Engage your all
“One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth” – Abraham Maslow
‘How bad do you want what you want?’ – let’s find out. We’ll also cover 5 Ways to embrace confusion, envision your perfect day in order to live an inspired life and 3 motivational growth circles, barriers & igniters.
Week 10 - Engage your passion
“It’s not what happens to you, it’s what you do about it”

We will explore ‘How do you Prime Enthusiasm every single day?’ and answer 2 questions – What’s serving you? and What’s holding you back? We’ll also list out your fuelers and drainers and discover your P-P-P Dynamic.
Week 11 - Engage your growth

Your list of Quick Stop Ideas and a live role-play exercise ‘Coaching with the GROW model’ will answer ‘Where in your life can you get close enough to get dirty? and go through the ROCK-ON strategies to grow.
Week 12 - Engage your happy
Ignite your meaning of ‘happy’ and learn how to pull the happiness levers. Imagine wrapping a GIFT for the world, and being able to shift your OMG challenging moments to revelation moments. We’ll also go through a powerful ‘Rocking Chair Visualisation’ to finish the 12 weeks.
